Inner child work focuses on healing the wounded parts of ourselves that were formed in childhood. By connecting with and nurturing our inner child, we can heal old wounds, develop self-compassion, and cultivate a sense of joy and playfulness in our lives.
Together, somatic breath work and inner child work provide a powerful approach to support your healing journey. By addressing the mind, body and spirit, you can experience profound shifts in your emotional and physical well-being. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, connect with your authentic self, develop a deeper trust and understanding of your physical body and re-pattern your thoughts to support your dreams and goals.
In addition to the powerful benefits of somatic breath work, this event also includes a guided meditation and exercises that focus on healing your inner child. Through these exercises, you’ll learn to connect, embody and integrate your inner child back into your present life.

The somatic breathwork journey is an integral part of our program as it allows you to access deeper states of consciousness and release stored/stuck emotions and trauma from the body. In this two week experience, you’ll be led through a journey that will help you:
